Gather information, measurements and details of your home

Take or gather pictures.

Fill out, state required, disclosure forms
(additional forms may be required depending on your property)

Prepare and stage your home for showings

Using your information, prepare and upload your listing into the MLS.
Prepare a “home specific” web site featuring your home.
